Overview
Within the Chief Audit Officer Department, the resource will be part of the Audit Artificial Intelligence, Digital Innovation & Training team.
They will develop and apply data analytics, machine learning, and generative artificial intelligence solutions to internal audit processes, working on defined use cases under the coordination of senior leads, from data preparation to testing and solution monitoring.
What your activities will be
- Design, develop, and test artificial intelligence-based prototypes for defined audit use cases
- Create AI agents and Microsoft Copilot-based solutions to automate specific audit activities
- Develop machine learning, data analytics, and AI engineering components for digital audit solutions
- Integrate models into application workflows and prepare the technical environments necessary for release
- Configure prompts, knowledge sources, workflows, and validation criteria for AI agents
- Implement monitoring metrics for AI solutions in production, with reference to fairness, performance, accuracy, stability, output quality, and adoption/usage indicators
- Document solutions, technical choices, limitations, metrics, and operational guidelines
- Participate in innovative projects that apply traditional AI, generative AI, and agent-based approaches to the transformation of internal controls and audit
Who we are looking for
If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:
- Python, pandas and NumPy, SQL, data visualization, statistics and machine learning, management of structured and unstructured data, Large Language Models and prompt engineering; design of AI agents and agentic workflows; integration via API; Git; Microsoft 365
- English B2 according to the CEFR scale
- AI solution lifecycle, from use case definition to data preparation, development, testing, release, monitoring, and documentation; principles of responsible AI; fundamentals of internal audit and internal controls
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics with a quantitative focus, or related disciplines
- Microsoft Copilot Studio, cloud services for AI, Databricks, knowledge grounding techniques, and knowledge of the banking sector
Preference will be given to candidates who have gained significant professional or academic experience in international contexts.
