We are looking for a motivated Service Technician to join our Service Team, reporting directly to the Service Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and contributing to the integration and commissioning of our systems. They will also be involved in after-sales activities, including system installation and on-site technical service interventions at customer facilities, as well as assembly, testing, and functional verification activities during the manufacturing process.

What the role will involve

The of your role will include the following:

  • Installation, commissioning, and testing of mechanical and mechatronic systems, machinery, and equipment at customer sites, both domestically and internationally.
  • Performance of preventive, corrective, and routine maintenance activities on industrial equipment and systems.
  • Troubleshooting and resolution of mechanical, , pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.
  • Assembly, disassembly, alignment, adjustment, and servicing of mechanical components and assemblies.
  • Verification of proper installation and operation of equipment in accordance with technical specifications and project requirements.
  • Support commissioning and start-up activities to ensure successful system operation.
  • Conduct functional inspections, measurements, and operational tests during commissioning and acceptance phases.
  • Prepare and maintain service reports, technical documentation, and intervention records.
  • Act as the primary technical interface with customers, subcontractors, and on-site personnel.
  • Provide operational support and training to end users during installation and start-up activities.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical departments to analyze and resolve field issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Availability for national and international business travel, including medium and long-term assignments (rarely exceeding 40 consecutive days).
  • Report technical issues and identify opportunities for product and process improvements.
  • Manage assigned tasks independently, including intervention planning, execution, and reporting.

What you’ll bring

The role requires the following experience and skills:

  • Technical diploma: Mechanical /Mechatronics or a related field
  • Good knowledge of mechanical and systems
  • Hands-on experience with mechanical and installations
  • Ability to independently read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical support, service or related technical role
  • Good English level (B1 or higher)
  • Availability to travel within Italy, Europe, and internationally after completing the initial product training period
  • Flexibility to work on one or two shifts when required by production activities

Important to know

(i) A base salary ranging from EUR 30,000 to EUR 43,000. The salary range reflects the potential span of pay the Company may offer for this role, with the actual amount offered to each candidate being determined based on factors such as: seniority in a similar role, technical skills and competencies, and other relevant qualifications.

(ii) An annual Production Bonus (PDR), as provided for under the company collective bargaining agreement. Employees may elect to convert the PDR into welfare benefits through the Company's welfare platform.

(iii) Canteen/ticket restaurant for each day worked at the Company's premises.

(iv) Access to the Company gym.
