Your as Procurement Manager You will lead structured tenders, gather quotes, and negotiate contracts and terms with service providers. Your day-to-day work involves running procurement processes independently from tactical to operational stages while taking responsibility for smooth workflows. You will analyze requirements in building services engineering, maintenance, and upkeep to derive concrete measures, alongside strategic supplier selection and quality assessment. *You carry out structured tenders, collect offers and negotiate contracts and conditions on an equal footing with our service providers. *You independently manage procurement processes – from tactical to operational – and take responsibility for smooth processes. *You analyze requirements in the field of building technology, maintenance and servicing and derive concrete measures from them. *You select suppliers strategically, evaluate them on the basis of quality and service metrics and always keep an eye on the market in order to identify new trends and partners at an early stage. *You ensure that services such as cleaning, safety and maintenance continuously deliver the highest quality. What we are looking for You bring experience in procurement and contract negotiation, specifically within facility management or related technical services. Your approach relies on structured analytical methods and clear communication with external partners and internal teams.
