🚀 Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - GTM 📄 Fixed Term Contract - 6 months 📍 Hybrid in Paris   We’re hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our client, hiring across EMEA. It’s a broad role covering go-to-market and sales roles. This is a hybrid role with some office time in Paris (3 days per week). You’ll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for this client. 🌟 What You’ll Do: Own end-to-end hiring across key commercial business areas Manage the data as we hire, looking for more than just activity - helping managers make better decisions Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers Source top talent through creative and strategic methods Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience Drive continuous improvement in how we hire Help build out recruitment strategies that will support hiring over the next 12 months 🔍 What You Bring: 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment with a proven track record across GTM/Sales hiring Confident working independently and managing stakeholders Hands-on sourcing experience across passive and active talent pools Driven, adaptable, and outcomes-focused Ability to build strong, trusted partnerships with our client Find Jobs in France on Arbeitnow [Skills: Partnerships & Delivery]
