Job Description
We are looking for someone to lead the Personnel Administration area, acting as a strategic business partner and promoting a positive experience for employees throughout their entire journey at the company.
More than just ensuring the execution of processes, we are looking for someone with a critical eye for simplification, evolution, and integration of operations, balancing governance, efficiency, and the employee experience.
This position will play a fundamental role in leading a developing team, managing strategic vendors, and building a Personnel Administration function that is more connected to business needs.

- Lead the Personnel Administration team, promoting development, engagement, and professional growth.
- Ensure the execution of processes for:
- Onboarding;
- Vacation;
- Time and attendance tracking;
- Personnel record changes;
- Contracts and addendums;
- Management of apprentices and interns;
- Offboarding.
- Manage the operation and relationship with the BPO responsible for payroll processes.
- Act as support for HR areas and internal clients, translating technical Personnel Administration topics in a simple and efficient way.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, simplification, and automation.
- Develop KPIs and monitor the operational performance of the area.
- Strengthen the integration between Personnel Administration, other HR areas, and business units.
- Promote initiatives that contribute to a positive employee experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in leading Personnel Administration teams.
- Experience with processes related to the employee journey and Personnel Administration routines.
- Experience in vendor and/or BPO management.
- Consultative profile and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Business acumen and focus on the employee experience.
- Ability to review processes and implement improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in dynamic and transforming environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced English.
- Experience in technology companies, services, startups, or high-growth environments.
- Experience in transformation, optimization, or modernization projects for HR processes.
- Experience working in structures with strong interaction between HR and the business.
