OPPORTUNITY

We are launching the 6th edition of the Wellhub Affirmative Internship Program! We are proud to continue building an increasingly diverse and inclusive team. We are looking for university students from all over Brazil who are People with Disabilities, part of the LGBTQIAPN+ community, and/or who self-identify as Black or Brown (Pretas e Pardas), to kick-start their careers.

We have open positions in key areas such as Marketing, Legal, Customer Operations, Project Management, Business Operations, AI, Product Design, Customer Engagement, and Customer Success.

What you will experience here: At Wellhub, you will go through a journey of at least 12 months with a complete development package:

• Personalized training: Skills development aligned with your career stage.
• Individualized follow-up: Close support to boost your growth.
• Challenging project: Autonomy to lead an impactful initiative in your first year.
• Mentorship Program: A dedicated person to support your integration, culture, and adaptation from day 1.

WHO YOU ARE

• You are pursuing a Bachelor's or Technologist degree, with an expected graduation date between July 2028 and July 2030.
• You have active enrollment and university approval to perform a paid internship.
• You identify as a Person with a Disability, a Black or Brown person, and/or part of the LGBTQIAPN+ community.
• You are available to intern 30 hours per week (6 hours/day) starting in February 2027, with availability to intern for at least 18 months.
• You have curiosity and adaptability: You have a passion for learning and embracing new challenges, turning obstacles into opportunities.
• You collaborate and drive: You value empathy and teamwork. You invest time in meaningful interactions and constructive debates, with an openness to learn and share knowledge intentionally.
• You act with autonomy and impact: You enjoy having freedom in your deliverables, understand the responsibility of your work, and act with an ownership mindset, demonstrating agility and flexibility.
• You live our mission: You understand the importance of well-being to balance personal and professional life. You inspire colleagues to take care of themselves, find time for breaks, and promote a healthy, high-performance environment.

The work model for this specific position can be discussed with the recruiter and leadership. When you join Wellhub, you can also use our home office reimbursement to set up your home office!

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE: Flexibility is not limited to where we work – it also includes being able to shape how and when we work. In partnership with their leaders, people define their schedules to be aligned with different time zones, the needs of each team, and each personal routine.

PAID TIME OFF: Disconnecting and recharging your energy is very important. That's why we offer vacation after 6 months of work + 3 days off per year + 1 day off for every year at the company (adding up to 5 days) + 1 day off in your birthday month!

PAID PARENTAL LEAVE: Welcoming a new member to the family is one of the most special moments in life. We want every employee to be truly present and enjoy this family time. That's why we offer 100% paid parental leave to all new parents. Those who give birth are also entitled to extended leave (Empresa Cidadã) and a ramp-back period, where they can work part-time until they adjust to the new routine.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: Get access to learning platforms (including language learning), participate in interactive sessions, and explore our internal opportunities. During your internship, you will also develop a project of your own, based on the area and your specialties, and have mentorship to help with your internship.
