Job Description

Responsible for overseeing Human Resources operations, ensuring adherence to internal policies, compliance with labor legislation, and a focus on operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and digital transformation. You will work directly on onboarding and offboarding journeys, ensuring a positive experience for people, in addition to leading analyses, indicators, and executive materials to support decision-making for business areas.

• Lead and organize the team in daily deliverables and projects, ensuring deadlines, prioritization, and communication with stakeholders.
• Conduct and improve onboarding, internal movement, and offboarding journeys, with a focus on experience and efficiency.
• Create, track, and present indicators, dashboards, and executive materials for HR and business areas.
• Propose improvements, challenge existing processes, and foster an environment of innovation and continuous learning.
• Report key deliverables, progress, and risks to leadership.
• Facilitate team collaboration with different areas of the company, navigating well between hierarchical levels and diverse profiles.

Qualifications

Hard Skills (Technical Requirements)

• Previous experience in HR, Personnel Administration, or HR Operations.
• Desirable knowledge of labor legislation and payroll routines.
• Advanced English for interactions with global teams.
• Experience in creating and presenting executive materials (HR sub-areas and business areas).
• Differentiator: knowledge of BI, data analysis, or advanced Excel.
• Ability to lead operations and act as a potential successor to current leadership.
