Job Description:
Through effective regional management, team leadership, and staff motivation, implement the company's market strategy and develop regional market development plans to support the achievement of business goals and enhance the influence of products within the region. Establish and maintain strong business relationships with key customers to build a professional image for the company and its products. Strengthen cross-departmental collaboration and drive the development and capability improvement of the subordinate team.

Regional Goals and Regional Management

Lead the team to achieve the work goals assigned by the company

Plan and organize relevant marketing promotional activities based on the specific conditions of the region

Lead the team in executing and following up on market promotion plans, and collect and provide timely and accurate market information feedback

Visit hospitals to establish and maintain good relationships with key customers; cooperate with KA managers to select and negotiate with major clients, sign agreements, and execute them

Communicate and coordinate with local commercial personnel to ensure the normal supply of products in the region

Allocate resources and control expenses reasonably and effectively within the region

Complete various reports and statements accurately and on time
Product Knowledge

Help improve team members' ability to apply product knowledge in their daily work

Understand relevant knowledge and trends regarding competitor products

Continuously learn and improve relevant medical knowledge levels
Professional Conduct

Ensure strict compliance with all company SOPs, financial policies, and compliance requirements during daily work, ensuring team behavior aligns with the company's ethical standards and principles

Team Management and Personnel Development

Build a high-performance team through effective management, motivation, development, and retention of talent

Manage and coach representatives, improving their work skills and problem-solving abilities through planned joint visits

Complete quarterly performance evaluations and performance analysis, providing timely and targeted coaching and training to subordinates to achieve better results

Through performance management and personnel development plans, identify training needs, develop and retain talent, and reduce employee turnover

Recruit suitable team members and establish a talent resource reserve system

Ensure departing employees complete work handovers according to company regulations

Strengthen communication and cooperation within the department and across departments

Create a positive work atmosphere, promote teamwork, and ensure fairness, justice, and transparency

Complete other temporary tasks assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
Educational Background
-
Associate degree or above in medicine, pharmacy, or related fields

2+ years of experience in team management or regional management in a relevant field
