● Eligibility: Current university/graduate students (Bachelor's: completed 7 or more semesters | Master's: completed 3 or more semesters) and those with deferred or expected graduation

● Internship period: January 11, 2027 – July 9, 2027

● Department/Team: Quality/NPI & Quality System

● Work location: Head office in Banpo-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul

In Quality, you will play a critical role in safeguarding product integrity and patient safety, while driving continuous improvement across local Quality operations. You will help ensure that life-changing treatments reach patients in Korea β€” consistently, efficiently, and in full compliance with local regulatory requirements.

Main :

● Support complaint management processes by coordinating communication with investigation sites, complaint Hub, and local warehouse

● Assist with product batch release activities, including reviewing packaging materials, vaccine documentation, and managing reference standards for local quality control

● Participate in product recall exercises to ensure readiness for emergency response situations

● Support Audit & Inspection Readiness Check to ensure that the organization maintains a state of compliance and control

● Maintain quality documentation and records, ensuring proper archiving and organization of critical quality data

● Conduct monthly quality data monitoring to identify improvement opportunities

● Learn quality control operational procedures, including understanding reference standards and laboratory processes

About you

● Eligibility: Current university and graduate students (Bachelor's: completed 7 or more semesters | Master's: completed 3 or more semesters) and students with deferred or expected graduation

● Preferred field of study: Pharmacy, Life-Science, Engineering

● Fluency in written and spoken English is required in a global environment.

● Demonstrates passion for the healthcare industry

● Possesses strong strategic thinking skills

● Digitally fluent

● Shows learning agility and a growth mindset

● Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365
