Overview

You will join the Group Technology structure of Intesa Sanpaolo and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions, testing, and documentation, ensuring high standards of quality, security, and reliability in a highly regulated banking environment.

What your activities will be

• Design and develop software and data components, maximizing performance and quality in compliance with technical specifications
• Work alongside PMs and Functional Analysts in defining project progress, identifying critical issues, and proactively managing project risks
• Collaborate with the team and stakeholders (internal and external) to identify the best technological options, making systems stable and scalable
• Support the implementation of the Data Governance Model, handling modeling, documentation, and the creation of Data Quality controls
• Make a proactive contribution thanks to strong problem-solving skills and a strong aptitude for teamwork

Who we are looking for

If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

• 1-3 years of experience in complex projects, preferably in the banking/financial sector
• Office 365
• Windows, Linux, Unix, zOS operating systems
• Java, Python, SQL, .Net, C#, batch scripting languages
• Relational and non-relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, Postgress, Teradata, Hadoop, Big Query)
• Google and Microsoft Cloud platforms
• GIT and bit bucket versioning
• ETL technologies, IBM Datastage

The following knowledge is considered a preferential qualification:

• IBM zOS (Mainframe) operating systems
• Cobol language
• DB2 database
• TWS platform
• Application and service solutions (3270 emulator, Citrix, Putty, Splunk)
• Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery practices, and Agile Scrum methodology
• Microservices architectures, REST APIs, and Spring framework
• Knowledge of the ERWIN tool
• Knowledge of the ISP information system
• Degree in IT or economic disciplines
• Good command of the English language
• Significant professional or study experiences in international contexts
