Job Description

• Manage the Division's infrastructure projects from end to end: scoping, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, milestones, and acceptance (cutovers, knowledge transfers, deployments).
• Build and maintain schedules, project deployment trajectories, and anticipate dependencies between workstreams.
• Manage the financial dimension of projects: costing, business cases, consumption tracking, and demonstrating gains, in coordination with the PMO (Portfolio / FinOps).
• Present and defend costs, schedules, and trade-offs to the Division's governance with clear and actionable decision-making materials.
• Orchestrate partners and service providers: scoping commitments, performance monitoring, and technical trade-offs.
• Ensure structured and regular reporting to the Tech Program Director, with proactive communication regarding risks and decisions to be made.

Qualifications

• Broad and up-to-date infrastructure culture: network and connectivity (including SD-WAN and Telco), Cloud, Digital Workplace, identity and security, data and AI foundations.
• Mastery of end-to-end infrastructure projects: migrations, multi-site deployments, cutovers, and acceptance testing.
• Understanding of ITSM / ServiceNow challenges and managed run models.
• Management and PMO tools: scheduling and critical path, budget tracking, risk management, dashboards.
• Solid technical background to challenge partners and integrators on their deliverables and cost estimates.
