Overview

You will join the Group Technology structure of Intesa Sanpaolo, in the area dedicated to the development and evolution of ICT solutions supporting credit processes. You will be responsible for the design and development of application software and data components for highly complex systems, contributing to the adoption of innovative technologies based on Artificial Intelligence (LLMs and agents) as accelerators of the development cycle. You will ensure the quality, reliability, and compliance of solutions with the requirements and constraints of the banking environment.

What your activities will be

• Design application software and related databases
• Analyze and define technological solutions and their integrations with the application landscape outside the scope
• Perform testing and documentation
• Ensure consistency between what is developed and company standards/regulations with reference
• Support the work team in the delivery phase of technological solutions and in the maintenance phases in terms of problem determination
• Use change management tools

Who we are looking for

If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

• 1-3 years of experience in software development
• Java, Spring Boot, and TypeScript for the development of enterprise applications and application services
• Kafka for asynchronous integrations and data flow management
• PostgreSQL and relational database design
• REST APIs, automated testing, code versioning, and change management tools
• Knowledge of application processes in the credit, lending, or banking systems sector
• English at least B2 according to the CEFR scale
• Preferred skills: use of AI tools to support analysis, development, documentation, and testing, knowledge of microservices, containers, CI/CD, and Data Quality principles
