micro1 is engaging Computer Vision Specialists to collaborate on a dynamic project for a valued customer. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

1. Review and analyze video footage captured from robotic systems to identify key visual features and anomalies.
2. Annotate video content with precision, ensuring accurate labeling and categorization of objects, movements, and events.
3. Provide detailed feedback to enhance the quality and consistency of video-based datasets for machine learning applications.
4. Collaborate with AI development teams to refine annotation protocols and contribute domain insights.
5. Document observations and maintain meticulous records of annotation processes and outcomes.
6. Participate in periodic reviews to ensure annotation accuracy and address ambiguities or edge cases.
7. Identify potential improvements in video capture or annotation strategies based on observed data patterns.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Proven expertise in computer vision concepts and methodologies, with hands-on experience in video analysis or annotation tasks.
2. Familiarity with tools and platforms commonly used for video labeling, annotation, or dataset preparation.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to document findings and articulate technical insights.
4. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, consistent annotations.
5. Ability to work independently and manage deliverables within a remote, collaborative project environment.
6. Experience with robotics, autonomous systems, or related domains is a plus.
