About the role: The Supplier Management and Oversight Manager at St. James's Place Management Services is an outstanding chance to lead and develop the governance of our supplier management and third-party oversight efforts. This position plays a vital role in ensuring flawless management of third-party relationships. It guarantees performance aligns with contractual and regulatory requirements, while reducing risks and promoting high-quality performance results. What you'll be doing: Lead the build and execution of the third-party management and oversight framework. Coordinate end-to-end third-party lifecycle processes, including onboarding, monitoring, and offboarding. Establish and maintain a performance monitoring framework, driving regular service review meetings. Assist in the assessment and management of third-party risks, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Act as a key point of contact for collaborators, providing mentorship and training on standard methodologies. Support ongoing enhancement efforts and improve third-party performance. About you: Ambitious and proven leader with a strong background in supplier management. Demonstrated ability to implement robust governance frameworks and manage third-party relationships effectively. Strong communicator and collaborator, capable of working with diverse teams to achieve world-class results. Essential Criteria: Extensive experience across Supplier/Vendor Management and Supplier Oversight (in Line 1.5 capacity) Good understanding of operational resilience frameworks. Experience operating at senior leadership levels with a proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and external suppliers. Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and industry standards Ability to design frameworks and implement governance models. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Experience in risk assessment methodologies and controls frameworks. Desirable Criteria: TPRM / Operational Risk / Procurement / Compliance experience highly desirable
