As the Regional Treasury Center Area Lead LATAM within our LATAM Regional Treasury Center, you will report to the Head of the LATAM Regional Treasury Center and supervise a team of 4 treasury analysts, being responsible for managing the RTC Treasury operations for a geographical area covering several countries or MCOs in LATAM. Key :

• Leadership and team management: Recruit, lead, motivate, and develop the talent of the LATAM RTC team, ensuring the necessary competencies to operate in a multi-country environment.
• Liquidity and cash management: Prepare the daily cash position and rolling liquidity forecast, reconciling bank flows and ensuring the financing of shortages or placement of surpluses with the parent company.
• Payments and treasury operations: Execute bank transfers, settlement of intercompany loans/deposits, and other treasury transactions in the LATAM region.
• Regulatory and foreign exchange compliance: Manage local regulatory requirements (exchange controls, reports to central banks) and track foreign exchange gains/losses, including volatile and restricted currencies in LATAM.
• Working capital and reporting: Prepare reports and analysis of actual and projected cash flows, Cash Conversion Cycle KPIs (DSO, DPO, DIO), and coordinate with the Bogotá Hub teams for end-to-end efficiencies.
• Banking management and internal control: Manage bank accounts, powers of attorney, commissions, and local payment systems, maintaining process documentation and compliance with Group internal controls.
• Strategic projects and corporate support: Actively participate in the ARGOS project, support M&A operations, legal restructurings, and improvements to Treasury processes and technologies in coordination with Corporate Treasury.

About You

• Experience: 8+ years of experience in Finance and Treasury activities in multinational companies, ideally with exposure to LATAM markets, including handling operations in complex, multi-currency, and regulated environments (exchange controls, capital restrictions). Additional experience in financial roles within international or regional environments will be valued.
• Soft and technical skills: Proven management skills to build and lead teams in a newly created regional center, with the ability to guide teams, foster collaboration, and generate results in geographically dispersed markets. Strong analytical skills, financial knowledge, precision, and attention to detail. Ability to establish effective working relationships with internal and external partners, including banks throughout the LATAM region. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to operate in multiple cultures and business environments. Team player, proactive, and solution-oriented. Experience in accounting (IFRS) and/or financial analysis will be valued, as well as knowledge of Treasury Management Systems, S4 / SAP, FxNet (Hedging), TREMA (Cash flow reporting).
• Education: Degree or Master's in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Languages: Fluent Spanish, written and spoken (mandatory). Fluent English, written and spoken (mandatory). Portuguese is a significant plus given the relevance of Brazil in the LATAM region.
