Overview

You will join our team in the Group Technology area and have the opportunity to collaborate with Senior Architects, adding value to high-visibility application transformation projects in the Wealth Management and Investment sectors. You will actively contribute to strategic initiatives, such as the development of new financial advisory and trading platforms.

What your activities will be

• Lead the development cycle by leveraging AI tools to transform complex requirements into robust solutions
• Develop Java microservices or micro frontends, integrating AI assistants and LLMs to accelerate coding and ensure architectural quality
• Design and implement integrations, databases, and streaming pipelines
• Define automated tests, using AI tools to maximize coverage, reliability, and security
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to apply cloud-native patterns and promote development best practices
• Participate in ceremonies, lead code reviews, and validate code generated by partners and colleagues, including with the use of AI

Who we are looking for

If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

• 3-5 years of experience in software development, preferably in the finance sector
• Hard Skills and Technology Stack: Solid mastery of Java and microservices frameworks (Spring Boot, Quarkus)
• Data and Streaming: Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and streaming systems (Kafka)
• Tooling & AI: Proficiency in Git, Maven, CI/CD, and daily use of AI tools for coding
• Domain: Understanding of financial markets and Wealth Management.

The following knowledge is considered a plus:

• UI skills (Angular, Flutter) and knowledge of cloud-native architectures
• Knowledge of internal ISP frameworks (XDCE, BEAR)
• Degree in STEM disciplines
• Good knowledge of technical English
• Significant professional or academic experience in international contexts
