JOB DESCRIPTION: INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS INTERN (CHILE & PERU CLUSTER)

🎯 PROFILE SUMMARY

We are looking for a young talent (student from the 7th semester onwards or a recent graduate) in Communications, Marketing, or related fields, who is seeking a long-term professional growth and development opportunity within the organization.

The main objective of the role is to facilitate content management on corporate social media and execute internal communication activities for the Human Health division in the Chile-Peru cluster. The ideal candidate must stand out for their cultural and strategic adaptability, providing support for the leadership team's positioning and articulating integration efforts with other key business divisions.

• Reports to: Communications and Corporate Affairs Department.
• Main Division: Human Health.

📋 JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education Level: Active university student (from the 7th semester onwards) or recent graduate (to ensure the viability of long-term development and retention).
• Fields of Study: Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
• Academic Performance: Belonging to the top third (verifiable).
• Soft Skills: High adaptability (to interact with audiences from different countries and divisions), proactivity, strong orientation toward learning, excellent writing skills, and a vision for growth within the company.

⚙️ MAIN FUNCTIONS

• Social Media Management: Facilitate the planning, creation, and monitoring of content for corporate social media, ensuring the consistency and impact of messages in the Chile and Peru cluster.
• Internal Communication Execution: Support the implementation of internal communication campaigns and tactics aimed at keeping the Human Health division informed and connected.
• Leadership Positioning: Provide operational and content support to the leadership team in communication activities and formats that reinforce their internal positioning (e.g., town halls, key announcements, corporate videos).
• Inter-divisional Integration: Coordinate and execute integration and cross-communication activities with the Animal Health and Clinical Research divisions, fostering a 'one organization' spirit.
• Content Creation and Adaptation: Write, edit, and design communication pieces (newsletters, banners, mass emails, copy) adapting the tone and format according to the cultural particularities and needs of each country.
• Event Support and Metrics: Support the logistics and execution of internal corporate events, and collect basic metrics from communication channels to evaluate and propose improvements in the impact of the department's actions.
