Within the LVL portfolio, Vectibix (panitumumab) is a priority lifecycle brand with an opportunity to drive growth, strengthen customer engagement, and generate scalable learnings for LVL.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager – Patient & Growth Marketing will lead several high-impact marketing initiatives across Vectibix, including patient marketing, peer-to-peer programming, congress planning, and LVL Experimentation. This role will also support select LUMAKRAS patient initiatives and serve as a key member of the Colorectal Cancer Brand Team across Vectibix and LUMAKRAS.
This individual will have end-to-end ownership of key marketing initiatives while contributing to overall brand strategy and execution. The role provides an opportunity to build a broad set of marketing capabilities through patient marketing, HCP engagement, cross-functional leadership, operational excellence, and insight-driven decision making within LVL’s agile, test-and-learn environment.
What You Will Do
Patient Marketing
- Lead management of key patient-facing promotional and educational resources, including 3 patient websites
- Partner with internal teams and agency partners to ensure patient resources remain relevant, high quality, and aligned with brand strategy
- Apply customer insights and performance learnings to identify opportunities to optimize patient marketing initiatives over time
Peer-to-Peer Marketing
- Lead Vectibix physician-based peer-to-peer learning initiatives and speaker programs
- Manage the execution vendor, IQVIA, as well as the Vectibix speaker bureau and brand relationships with speakers
- Support speaker training and compliant execution of speaker programming
- Identify opportunities to continuously improve peer-to-peer execution based on program learnings, customer feedback, and business needs
Congress Planning & Engagement
- Lead colorectal cancer congress planning and engagement across national, local, and advanced practice provider congresses
- Serve as the RAE for designated, focused GI and colorectal cancer conferences
- Partner across Marketing, Sales, Medical, and other cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality congress execution
Brand Budget Management
- Manage the Vectibix marketing budget, including forecasting, purchase order management, agency oversight and budget tracking, and supporting effective allocation of resources
LVL Experimentation
- Champion LVL innovation by participating in commercial experiments on behalf of the Vectibix brand, evaluating marketing performance and customer insights, documenting key learnings, and identifying opportunities to optimize commercial execution and inform scalable best practices
- Serve as the Vectibix Experimentation Lead for a prioritized LVL pilot designed to explore how DiSC profiles can enhance field pre-call planning and customer engagement
Brand Strategy & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead commercial strategy for other high priority customer segments, including advanced practice providers (APPs) and other strategic stakeholders to improve customer engagement and support brand growth
- Contribute to brand strategy, tactics, and key priorities for Vectibix® and LUMAKRAS®
- Contribute to annual and ongoing brand planning by translating insights and business needs into actionable marketing recommendations
- Establish strong relationships with agency partners and effectively manage agency execution, holding partners accountable for high-quality work, budgets, and timelines
- Embrace emerging technologies and new ways of working that can improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency

Basic Qualifications
Doctorate degree
OR
Master’s degree and 2 years of marketing experience
OR
Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of marketing experience
OR
Associate’s degree and 8 years of marketing experience
OR
High school diploma / GED and 10 years of marketing experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Pharmaceutical or biotechnology commercial marketing experience
- Experience developing and executing patient and/or HCP promotional marketing initiatives
- Experience leading peer-to-peer programs, congress initiatives, or other customer-facing marketing programs
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives within a highly matrixed organization
- Strong project management and budget management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience partnering effectively with Sales, Medical Affairs, Legal, Regulatory, Commercial Data & Analytics, and external agency partners
- Familiarity with promotional review processes and systems
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate customer insights, business performance, and market dynamics into actionable marketing recommendations
- Learning agility and intellectual curiosity, with enthusiasm for applying AI, automation, and emerging capabilities to improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities while maintaining high-quality execution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- High degree of integrity, sound judgment, and commitment to ethical and compliance standards

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
