Key
Care Ecosystem Development and Promotion
Stakeholder Collaboration
Promote collaboration with cardiologists, emergency physicians, nurses, pharmacists, hospital administration, related medical departments, and community healthcare stakeholders to form a common understanding of roles, clinical processes, and inter-facility coordination.
Realizing Seamless Patient Care
Support healthcare professionals and institutions to ensure consistent patient care from admission through post-discharge. This includes establishing patient education and post-discharge follow-up systems.
Strategic Account Management
Issue Analysis and Action Plan Formulation
Analyze challenges and treatment gaps faced by medical institutions and identify barriers to building in-hospital care ecosystems. Develop and execute actionable plans in cooperation with relevant stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Strategy Planning
Collaborate with Product Managers, Medical, and Sales departments to develop area strategies and key account strategies. Evaluate progress using KPIs and revise plans as necessary.
Market Insight Generation and Best Practice Deployment
Market Analysis
Analyze market trends and the competitive environment to identify barriers to treatment adoption and potential solutions. Share these insights with the Marketing department to contribute to strategy development.
Strategic Account Leadership
Support the introduction and establishment of in-hospital care ecosystems in key facilities. Organize insights gained during the implementation process and deploy them as best practices to other areas and facilities.
Project Work
Participate in cross-functional projects as needed, providing knowledge, experience, and expertise related to Care Ecosystem Activation.
What We Expect of You
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of experience in KOL management through roles such as MR or marketing at a pharmaceutical company
- Ability to think logically, formulate hypotheses, and flexibly respond to uncertain situations and environmental changes
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
- Fluent in Japanese and able to understand English meeting materials and academic papers
- High ethical standards, ability to comply with regulations, and accountability for one's own actions
- Ability to consistently deliver results in both remote and in-person environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in project planning and leadership, such as marketing initiatives, lecture meeting planning, or sales area strategy
- Professional experience in the Cardiovascular therapeutic area

Care ecosystem development

Stakeholder partnerships: Facilitate collaboration across cardiologists, emergency medicine, nursing, pharmacy, hospital administration, other specialties, and community-care partners to support alignment on roles, care processes, and coordination across relevant professions and institutions.

Continuity of care: Support healthcare professionals and institutions in coordinating care from the hospital stay through post-discharge, including patient education and follow-up.
Strategic account management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree.

At least 7 years of experience in KOL management through MR, marketing, etc. at a pharmaceutical company

Ability to think logically, use hypotheses, and act flexibly amid uncertainty or change.

Strong stakeholder communication, coordination, and negotiation; fluent in Japanese and able to understand English meeting materials and papers.

Acts ethically, complies with policies, and takes accountability for decisions and actions.

Ability to perform consistently in remote and in-person settings.

Project planning and leadership experience (e.g., Marketing initiatives, lecture meetings, or area sales) is preferred.

Experience in the cardiovascular therapeutic area is preferred.
