Job Description

6-month mandate

As a Store Clerk at Ubisoft Montreal, you will participate in the daily activities of the studio's internal store. You will also contribute to the implementation of inventory management processes and tools.

What you will do

• Serve store customers and respond to their requests
• Participate in inventory management and stock counts
• Register new equipment into the inventory
• Receive and ship merchandise
• Distribute and collect equipment
• Control the entry and exit of equipment as well as package shipping
• Track equipment loaned to various teams
• Support the processing of authorized merchandise returns
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized
• Perform any other related tasks

Qualifications

What you bring to the team

• Communicate effectively in French and English, both orally and in writing
• Place customer needs at the center of your work
• Organize priorities and work methodically
• Demonstrate resourcefulness in daily activities
• Collaborate effectively with team members
• Use Microsoft Office and inventory management tools
• Apply your knowledge of computer and electronic components; knowledge of the video game industry and its production processes is an asset
• Perform physical tasks related to handling and lifting packages
