About the Job

As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for executing capital investment projects on time and within scope, developing the requirements and justification for each project in conjunction with the involved leaders, as well as selecting the necessary production and service equipment. In coordination with the Purchasing department, you will participate in the selection and development of suppliers, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, quality standards, and corporate policies, always seeking cost optimization. Additionally, you will apply the Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with the functions and established in the manual, procedures, and other applicable documentation. Key :

• Lead project execution processes, as well as their installation, commissioning, and closure.
• Develop strategies for the selection, together with the project leader, of the equipment and systems to be installed as part of the project.
• Follow up on orders associated with the project.
• Supervise and monitor project stages to ensure compliance.
• Train and manage project supervision resources and ensure the development of deliverables.
• Identify significant HSE and GMP impacts/aspects and risks generated by your activities or processes, always seeking to generate the least amount of waste, following internal procedures for their disposal.
• Control diagrams, blueprints, and documentation associated with projects.
• Identify and implement site project improvements, as well as participate in portfolio update processes with the management committee and leadership.

About You

• Experience: 3 years of experience in positions as a project engineer in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Soft and technical skills: Execution of small to medium-scale projects, preferably within the pharmaceutical or related industries. Familiarity with industry regulations and standards, ensuring that projects comply with all relevant guidelines and policies. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, finance, and operations, to achieve project goals.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical, Chemical, or a related field in Engineering and Maintenance.
• Languages: Intermediate English Mandatory
