Overview

You will join our team in the Group Technology area and have the opportunity to work alongside Senior Architects and expert developers on high-visibility application transformation projects in the Wealth Management and Investment sectors. You will actively participate in strategic initiatives, such as the development of new financial advisory and trading platforms.

What your activities will be

• Coding: Write clean and secure code for backend microservices or micro frontends, adhering to architectural guidelines
• Data and Events: Develop interfaces, integrations, and manage databases and pipelines for event validation
• QA: Draft unit and integration tests to ensure software security and resilience before release
• Mentorship: Work closely with senior staff to understand and apply cloud-native patterns
• Delivery: Participate in team ceremonies to organize tasks and share progress updates
• Code Review: Perform code reviews and pair programming to improve delivery quality and learn new methodologies

Who we are looking for

If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

• 1-3 years of experience in software development
• Backend Development: Proficiency in Java and microservice frameworks (Spring Boot)
• Data and Streaming: Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and event streaming foundations (Kafka)
• Tooling: Use of Git, Maven, and understanding of CI/CD basics
• Plus: Skills in UI (Angular) and interest in AI tools

The following knowledge is considered a preferential qualification:

• Knowledge of internal ISP frameworks (e.g., XDCE, BEAR)
• Degree in STEM disciplines
• Good knowledge of English for technical documentation and teamwork
