As an intern in molecular biology oncology within our In vitro Biology/SMIRNA department, you will participate in the implementation of RT-qPCR methods for the detection of three genes of interest involved in various cancers and in the validation through the evaluation of small compound libraries. Key :

• Participate in the development and optimization of a one-step multiplex RT-qPCR assay for three target genes involved in cancers
• Take part in the validation of the specificity, sensitivity, and linearity of the multiplex assay
• Provide support in conducting a pilot screening on a library of reference compounds
• Contribute to the evaluation of inter- and intra-assay reproducibility
• Participate in the analysis of results and write a technical report with a presentation of the conclusions

About you

• Technical and soft skills: rigor, autonomy, analytical mind. Knowledge of RNA splicing. Proficiency in molecular and cellular biology techniques.
• Education: Master's degree (Bac +5) in molecular biology or cellular biology
• Languages: intermediate English
