Overview

You will join the Group Technology structure of Intesa Sanpaolo, within the Imi Cib Investments & Credit Platforms department, contributing to the evolution of software solutions in the Investment Banking and Capital Markets sector. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, drafting functional analyses, and collaborating with teams in a dynamic and innovative environment, participating in projects aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes.

What your activities will be

• Analyze requirements and business needs with Bank users in order to detail functional specifications and evaluate impacts on software, participating in the functional analysis drafting cycle - with the goal of managing it independently
• Contribute to preparing estimates
• Draft functional analyses
• Analyze and map existing business processes in the Investment Banking and Capital Markets sector, as well as related applications. Contribute to their evolution over time, supporting the identification of solutions that are most effective for the internal or external client and most performant from an IT perspective
• Draft detailed business requirements analysis documents
• Plan and design test cases and execute functional tests
• Ensure the functional correctness of implemented IT solutions
• Monitor and ensure compliance with requirements throughout the project lifecycle

Who we are looking for

If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

• 3-5 years of experience in a functional analyst role
• Degree or specialized diploma in IT-scientific, economic, mathematical, physical, computer engineering, or finance fields
• English at least B2 level according to the CEFR scale
• Excellent knowledge of the Office 365 suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of relational (and non-relational) databases and basic programming languages is useful
• Knowledge of the phases of an IT development project: requirements analysis, functional analysis, and testing
• Basic knowledge of Capital Markets and Investment Banking processes
• Ability to draft analysis documents in a structured and detailed manner
• Knowledge of the main document and requirements management tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA)
• Ability to work in complex and cross-functional teams
• Golden Source Security Master platform
