Job Description
We are looking for a highly strategic profile with a strong capacity for business generation, commercial structuring, and the development of alliances that drive revenue, innovation, and access to new markets. This person will be responsible for identifying high-impact opportunities, negotiating complex agreements, and creating long-term relationships with relevant companies across various segments.
More than just managing partners, we expect someone capable of transforming partnerships into a relevant growth lever for the business, connecting strategy, monetization, , and execution.
What will your day-to-day look like?
- Lead and develop the Partnership strategy for the MS Marketing Services business unit, transforming the partner ecosystem into a relevant lever for growth and revenue generation.
- Develop and negotiate strategic alliances with leading companies.
- Structure commercial models, business cases, and high-impact agreements, conducting complex negotiations with C-Level executives.
- Build and accelerate a consistent pipeline of opportunities, focusing on revenue, market expansion, and new business channels.
- Act as an executive sponsor for the company's main partners, strengthening long-term relationships and capturing new business opportunities.
- Monitor performance indicators and identify opportunities for innovation, growth, and continuous monetization of the partner ecosystem.
Qualifications
What we are looking for in you!
- Advanced or fluent English.
- Experience in Partnerships, Strategic Alliances, or Business Development areas.
- Experience in building and negotiating high-impact strategic partnerships.
- Consistent track record of revenue generation, new business development, and market entry.
- Experience in creating partner ecosystems and distribution channels.
- Negotiation skills in complex environments and experience building relationships with executive leadership.
Preferred qualifications:
- Networking within technology and marketing companies.
- Previous experience in Marketing Services, MarTech, AdTech, or Data companies.
- Track record of partnerships involving data, loyalty, CRM, media, customer engagement, and digital transformation.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments and organizational transformation.
