Overview

You will join the Digital & Cloud Technologies department, contributing to the management and evolution of enterprise Linux platforms with a focus on security, operational automation, and AIOps. You will be responsible for strengthening the reliability, observability, and compliance of environments, collaborating with infrastructure, security, and operations teams, as well as vendors, to prevent anomalies, accelerate troubleshooting, and support critical services.

What your activities will be

  • Manage and evolve enterprise Linux platforms in physical, virtual, and cloud environments
  • Define hardening, patching, and secure configuration standards for Linux systems
  • Support vulnerability analysis, remediation, and technical compliance audits
  • Integrate logs, metrics, and events into observability and AIOps monitoring platforms
  • Analyze operational anomalies, correlate events, and contribute to reducing diagnosis times
  • Develop automation for provisioning, configuration, control, and system remediation
  • Collaborate with Security teams to manage privileged access, audit trails, and infrastructure controls
  • Oversee incident, problem, and change management related to high-criticality Linux environments
  • Direct vendor and system integrator activities regarding implementations, upgrades, and operational procedures
  • Contribute to technical documentation, operational guidelines, and service continuity plans

Who we are looking for

If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

  • At least 5 years of experience in complex IT projects, preferably in the banking or financial sector
  • Enterprise Linux, particularly Red Hat Enterprise Linux and compatible distributions
  • Shell scripting, Ansible, and infrastructure automation
  • Hardening, patch management, vulnerability management, and security controls on Linux systems
  • Observability and AIOps with tools such as Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic, and event correlation platforms
  • Management of logs, metrics, alerting, incidents, and problems in high-availability contexts
  • Knowledge of main ITIL processes and infrastructure security requirements
  • English at least B2 level according to the CEFR scale
  • Degree in technical disciplines or equivalent professional experience
  • Linux, Security, or cloud certifications are considered a plus

Applications from those who have gained significant professional or academic experience in international contexts will be considered a plus.
