As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for an Operational Maintenance Manager capable of combining leadership, technical expertise, and operational excellence.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will lead a team of 15 technicians working on a 3-shift rotation and ensure the availability, performance, and compliance of our strategic equipment.

Your mission

Ensure the reliability and performance of equipment

• Guarantee a high level of availability for production equipment and utilities.
• Develop a culture of preventive maintenance and reliability.
• Analyze failures and implement long-term solutions.
• Manage maintenance performance indicators and contribute to the site's industrial objectives.
• Support the technological evolution of our facilities.

Manage and develop teams

• Supervise, support, and develop a team of 15 shift technicians.
• Create an environment that fosters engagement, accountability, and skill development.
• Develop versatility and technical excellence within the team.
• Ensure communication between different shifts and day teams.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and performance.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the site

• Be a major player in Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in investment and projects.
• Work in close partnership with Production, Quality, Engineering, and HSE.
• Identify and implement actions to improve equipment reliability, productivity, and safety.

Your assets

✅ Higher technical education (maintenance, automation, electrotechnics, mechanics, industrial engineering, or equivalent).

✅ Proven experience in managing maintenance teams in a demanding industrial environment.

✅ Solid technical skills in automated equipment and high-tech processes.

✅ Mastery of continuous improvement and problem-solving approaches.

✅ Strong sensitivity to requirements regarding:

• Performance
• Regulatory compliance

✅ Ability to unite teams and collaborate in a matrix organization.
