About the role

As a Sterility Assurance Specialist within our Sterility Assurance team at Sanofi at the Frankfurt BioCampus site, you will contribute to ensuring contamination control in manufacturing processes and cleanrooms. Ready to get started?

The Sterility Assurance team is responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of aseptic manufacturing processes, as well as for compliance with requirements for cleanroom operations to ensure the highest standards of product safety and quality.

Key :

  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Contamination control, concept development, and supervision of media fills and airflow visualizations
  • Support in the further development of processes in aseptic manufacturing
  • Evaluation and interpretation of environmental monitoring data and the creation of reports
  • Cleanroom management

Additionally, the following tasks are included:

  • Quality function in the coordination and documentation of deviations, change controls, as well as tracking the resulting measures and analyzing their effectiveness
  • Active support during regulatory inspections

About you

Experience:

  • Ideally, initial professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in GMP-regulated areas (Sterility Assurance, QA, QC, or production)

Soft skills:

  • Good communication skills and team spirit

Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working
  • High willingness to learn and flexibility

Education:

  • Completed degree in Pharmacy (State Examination) or Bachelor's/Master's degree in other scientific disciplines (e.g., microbiology/biology, biotechnology, chemistry, etc.)

Languages:

  • Very good German and English skills

The salary range for this position is :€80 724,00 - €107 620

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
