About the job

We are looking for someone to maximize the value of DUPIXENT across current and future indications in the /Nasal Polyps (ENT/Nasal Polyps) field. You will ensure the execution of headquarters strategy and drive results through collaboration with Regeneron Pharmaceuticals MRs (co-promotion partners).

Job :

  1. Drive business by exercising appropriate influence based on correct scientific knowledge and company policy for assigned customers.
  • Understand the Take the LEAD strategy, formulate action plans with co-promotion partners based on product and sales strategies, and proactively execute them to achieve stretch goals and deliver results in the assigned area.

  • Manage KOL/AOL and high-difficulty/high-importance customers. With the support of PSL and the office manager, promote understanding of our product's message and behavioral change, and contribute to the achievement of office and sales department goals by exerting ripple effects both inside and outside the assigned area.

  1. Involve and coordinate with internal/external members and partners as necessary to advance work.
  • Proactively provide opinions and proposals within the sales office with a positive attitude.

  • Enhance the quality and quantity of activities to realize the area plan while involving superiors, headquarters members, and co-promotion partners, contributing to the sales office in both performance and activity aspects.

  • Communicate closely with colleagues and superiors, provide advice, and achieve results. Verify these results and apply them to future actions.

  1. Correctly understand the latest internal and external rules and conduct patient-centric activities.
  • Compliance & Integrity: Constantly check and understand the latest industry rules and Sanofi Policy, reflect on your own actions, and incorporate feedback from superiors and office members into daily activities.

Complete post-marketing surveillance, side effect/complaint handling, etc.: Reliably monitor and appropriately operate compliance items such as GVP, GPSP, safety information, OUG, quality control, and fair price maintenance.

  • Contribution to society through products: Contribute to society by continuously developing appropriate promotions and disease awareness, and delivering products to all patients in need as soon as possible.

  • Proactively engage in activities to improve the sales office work environment and contribute to creating a workplace where everyone can perform at a high level.

Specifically, for the L2-1 position in the ENT field, we require the following:

To fulfill the role of CSA and maximize the value of DUPIXENT in the current and future indication of Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyps (CRSwNP), we are looking for someone eager to work on the following five points to energetically work in their assigned area and build good communication with the Regeneron sales office and MRs they work with.

  • Strategic Execution: Thoroughly understand headquarters strategy and take action toward target doctors quickly with solid preparation. We are looking for someone willing to cycle through PDCA, constantly reflect on and improve activities, and work to improve their own DTL skills and conduct higher-quality interviews.

  • Activity & Persistence: While preparation is necessary, we are looking for someone who can take action first and continue to do so. We believe that those who can do this will be trusted by customers and lead to results, so we are looking for someone who can demonstrate overwhelming activity volume in the area.

About you

Required Experience:

  • Experience as a CSA (MR) or MSL in charge of university hospitals or core hospitals

  • Experience in organizing new initiatives or lectures as a lead

  • Specialized knowledge in biologics and the immunology field

  • Ability to actively take on new environments and experiences never encountered before

Required Skills:

  • Business skills (logical thinking, analytical skills, negotiation skills, creativity, communication, presentation, etc.)

  • Computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Japanese: Native Level

  • Driver's license (in principle)

  • MR Certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Specialized knowledge: Respiratory/ field (especially CRSwNP)

  • English: Reading and writing ability
