Job Description

1. Business Development:

• Development and retention of your client portfolio in Product Owner expertise: prospecting, regular meetings (significant on-site presence), identifying new needs, client follow-up,
• Commercial negotiation: pricing, start date, and other contractual terms.
• Building long-term commercial relationships.

2. Recruiting Future Consultants:

In close collaboration with the recruitment team, you recruit future consultants 🤝:

• Technical and functional evaluation of candidates,
• Identification of target projects,
• Organization and participation in client interviews,
• Salary negotiation.

3. Management and Career Development of Consultants in Your Scope:

• Regular follow-up with consultants (minimum one monthly meeting)
• Organization of quarterly mission reviews with clients and consultants
• Management of complex situations

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree +5 (Engineering School/Business School or equivalent),
• You have the mindset of an entrepreneur: your ambition is to be able to develop and manage a business 🎯
• Equipped with a genuine commercial temperament and a strong taste for business development and client retention.
• You have already worked on Product Owner expertise
