Job Description
We are looking for a BI & Revenue Analytics Lead to lead our commercial and revenue analytics strategy, transforming data into decisions that drive business growth, efficiency, and profitability. You will be responsible for developing Business Intelligence, automation, and advanced analytics capabilities to provide actionable insights to Marketing, Sales, and executive leadership teams.

- Lead the BI and Revenue Analytics strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Develop dashboards, analytical models, and key performance indicators to monitor commercial and revenue performance.
- Identify opportunities for growth, conversion optimization, retention, and customer expansion.
- Drive report automation and foster a data-driven self-service culture.
- Lead and develop the analytics team, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Act as a strategic partner to Marketing, Sales, Product, and Finance to enable evidence-based decision-making.
- Promote the use of advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and predictive models to maximize commercial impact.
- High analytical capacity, strategic thinking, and cross-functional influence.
- Solid experience in Business Intelligence and data analytics.
- Knowledge and application of predictive analytics models for generating insights and supporting decision-making.
- Proven experience in team leadership and strategic project management.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present complex findings to both technical and business audiences.
- Ability to foster collaborative work and build effective relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Senior profile, with a strategic vision, results-oriented mindset, and the ability to lead data-driven transformation initiatives.

Requirements
- Education: Professional degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Revenue Analytics.
- Experience leading teams and working with business stakeholders.
- Tools: Proficiency in visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar), SQL, and CRM environments.
