Use AI to assess how you fit

About Us:

The way people buy software is changing. We’re creating what comes next.

Consensus is the world’s most trusted demo platform for B2B sales and marketing teams, rated #1 in Demo Automation on G2. We’re rethinking the demo experience from the first interaction to the live conversation.

Consensus connects every demo experience, from interactive product tours and videos to AI demo agents and live demos with real-time data, into one continuous buying experience. Every interaction creates demo intelligence that helps teams understand what buyers explored, what they cared about, and what they need next. The result? More context, less friction, faster sales cycles, higher conversions, and more capacity for sales and presales teams.

At Consensus, we’re not just another SaaS company. We’re a dynamic team on a mission to change how buyers buy. Your unique perspective isn’t just welcomed; it’s essential. We want people who bring curiosity, challenge the status quo, and are excited to have a real hand in shaping what comes next.

Our values aren’t just words on a wall. They show up in how we work, how we collaborate, and how we make decisions. We want you to show up ready to contribute and grow. Perfection isn’t the goal. It’s about putting your name on a version one, learning from it, and making it better.

If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and help shape the future of B2B buying, we want you on our team.

About the Role:

Let's be clear about what this role is not: it's not a calendar babysitter, and it's not a job for someone arriving with a 2015 EA playbook. This is the operating system for our revenue leadership.

Our CRO's time is split between customers, prospects, the sales team, and the board, and it changes by the hour. You'll be the person who makes that work. You'll manage the CRO's email, calendar, travel, and priorities. You'll also run the rhythms that keep our revenue org aligned: forecast calls, pipeline reviews, QBRs, and Sales Kickoff. When a strategic deal needs executive time on short notice, you'll find the time and make sure the CRO walks in prepared.

And here's the part we mean most: we want someone AI-forward. Not "I've heard of ChatGPT" forward, but someone who looks at a workflow, asks "why are we doing it this way," and rebuilds it. We're an AI-forward company, and this role should show what that looks like in revenue operations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Run the CRO's rhythm. Manage email, calendar, and travel with judgment, not just logistics. You'll triage, prioritize, and protect time for the moments that move revenue: customer meetings, late-stage deals, and coaching the team.
  • Prep for every customer and prospect meeting. Before each executive meeting, pull the account context from the CRM, recent activity, and the account team's notes, and put it into a short brief the CRO can read in two minutes.
  • Own the revenue operating cadence. Schedule and coordinate the weekly forecast calls, pipeline reviews, sales leadership meetings, and quarterly business reviews. Track action items and follow up until they're closed.
  • Produce the big moments. Lead logistics and planning for Sales events. Support the CRO at conferences and customer events.
  • Support board and exec reporting. Help assemble the revenue sections of board decks and leadership updates. Set timelines, chase inputs from sales leaders, and make sure nothing arrives the night before.
  • See around corners. Spot the end-of-quarter crunch before it hits, flag the travel conflict before it happens, and prep the CRO before they know they need it.
  • Upgrade our workflows. Bring AI tools and automation into everything above.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 2+ years supporting senior executives (C-suite strongly preferred), ideally in a fast-moving SaaS or tech environment. Board meeting experience is a big plus.
  • Agility + precision: You move fast and you don't drop details. Most people are one or the other; we need both.
  • AI-forward, playbook-skeptical: You actively use AI tools in your work today. Tell us about a workflow you've automated or rebuilt—bonus points if AI was involved. We'd rather hear about your version one than your credentials.
  • Forward and backward thinking: You instinctively work backwards from deadlines and forwards from patterns. You're the person who says "in three weeks this is going to be a problem" in week one.
  • Discretion: You'll be trusted with board materials, compensation information, and conversations that can't leave the room. That trust is the foundation of this role.
  • Communication: Clear, warm, and concise in writing—you'll be drafting comms that go to the whole company.
