Overview
You will join the team responsible for Workforce IT and Portfolio Management within Group Technology, where you will support management in strategic decisions regarding the use of internal resources and investment allocation. You will handle capacity management activities, analyzing internal staff capacity and the evolution of project requirements to guide the best skill allocation choices. You will also contribute to the management of the investment portfolio, promoting a balance between available budget and strategic priorities.
What your activities will be
- Analyze the productive capacity of internal Group Technology resources by role, structure, and period
- Monitor the evolution of project requirements and identify any gaps between available capacity and operational needs
- Analyze actuals against project estimates as a KPI for project progress
- Support the optimal allocation of internal resources, promoting the best balance between skills, priorities, and available capacity
- Contribute to the planning and governance activities of the reference area's investment portfolio
- Support the definition of investment priorities and budget allocation in line with strategic objectives and economic availability
- Prepare analyses, reports, and indicators to support decision-making, planning, and performance monitoring processes
Who we are looking for
If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and budget management
- Master's degree in economics, engineering, mathematics, or statistics
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools, with particular reference to Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power BI
- Knowledge of the main economic planning processes (budgeting, forecasting, or cost monitoring)
- English language proficiency of at least B2 level
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of Workforce Management, Capacity Management, and Portfolio Management processes
- Significant professional or academic experience in international contexts.
