Purpose of the position: We are looking for a results-oriented professional with a strong ability to develop valuable relationships with healthcare professionals, implement commercial strategies, and contribute to the sustainable growth of the business in CABA and Greater Buenos Aires.
You will be responsible for promoting the company's product portfolio in your assigned territory, generating a differentiated experience for customers, and executing the commercial strategy under the highest standards of ethics, compliance, and integrity.

- Implement the commercial and promotional strategy defined for the assigned territory, aligned with the company's policies, standards, and ethics.
- Achieve the established sales, coverage, frequency, and productivity targets, contributing to the area's commercial objectives.
- Develop professional, sustainable, and trusting relationships with Primary Care physicians and other relevant stakeholders in the healthcare system.
- Promote the company's products and provide appropriate information to healthcare professionals, using only approved promotional resources and in a compliant manner.
- Analyze business opportunities and design action plans to maximize the territory's potential.
- Monitor business performance versus objectives, using internal tools, CRM, IQVIA, and other available sources to optimize territorial execution.
- Manage and accurately record interactions and commercial activities in the CRM, ensuring the quality of information for territorial planning.
- Prepare commercial analyses and clear executive presentations using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and available digital tools.
- Identify market insights, competitor behavior, and customer needs to anticipate opportunities and adjust commercial execution.
- Stay updated on approved product information, disease, market, and the company's learning and development materials.
- Actively participate in cycle meetings, training sessions, and development activities.
- Comply with corporate, regulatory, and compliance policies, maintaining high standards of integrity in all interactions.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Representative, APM, or Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry. Experience of more than 3 years will be valued.
- Valid APM license or card enabling work in CABA or Buenos Aires Province.
- Experience in Primary Care.
- Proficiency in CRM for planning, tracking, and recording commercial activities.
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and commercial presentations.
- Availability to travel within the assigned territory in CABA and Greater Buenos Aires.
- Valid driver's license, in accordance with the needs of the role and the applicable local policy.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience in , Diabetes, Cardiology, or related therapeutic areas.
- University degree completed or in progress.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Knowledge and use of IQVIA market information tools, including sales, audits, and territorial analysis.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market in CABA and Greater Buenos Aires.
- Experience in product launches or implementation of new commercial messages/strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to flexible and agile ways of working.
