Duration: The internship will be structured over a 12-month period.
Initial 6-month internship with the possibility of a 6-month renewal. The possibility of activating a curricular internship is considered a preferential element.
The patient is at the center of everything we do, which is why our teams focus on finding solutions and treatments for some of the world's most difficult diseases. The candidate will be integrated into our department to support work activities.
The candidate's profile will be included in a training path in accordance with their academic background and professional aspirations, through which they will be able to increase their professional skills by actively collaborating with the entire team.
The main objective of the internship is to provide the Intern with the professional skills necessary to ensure the correct and complete performance of the department's activities.
The candidate will be integrated into the Communications department, supporting the vaccines area and product and non-product communication activities, both external and internal. The intern will work in direct support of the Communication Associate Director Vaccines. The main objective of the role is to contribute to the design, development, and implementation of multichannel awareness and prevention campaigns in the Vaccines area, with a specific focus on immunization against HPV, pneumococcus, and respiratory syncytial virus.
Under the guidance and supervision of the Communication Associate Director, the intern will play an operational role in the production of communication materials, coordination of agencies, content drafting, and press office activities.
Activities:
- Collection of all information and subsequent analysis to understand needs/objectives and provide input on communication activities that impact different stakeholders;
- Support for the creation of communication and awareness campaigns: preparation of briefings, evaluation of proposals, implementation of landing pages and/or social and non-social editorial plans, monitoring of campaign KPIs;
- Support for the creation and management of web content: social networks, digital media.
- Support for press office activities: preparation/revision of press releases, monitoring of press reviews;
- Support in the preparation of PowerPoint presentations;
- Support in the preparation of talking points;
- Participation in local and regional alignment meetings;
- Support in the development of internal communications;
- Support in the definition of editorial partnerships;
- Understanding and implementation of company procedures;
- Support in the preparation of formal documentation (contracts with creative agencies, letters of support, etc.)
Profile:
- Degree or Master's in Communication, Marketing, or similar.
- Excellent knowledge of English (C1) and Italian.
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite.
- Excellent use of AI tools.
- Excellent knowledge of social media.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility, organization.
- Curiosity, motivation, thinking out of the box.
