Client Relationship Manager/Professional Associate (m/f) at the SB Center Central Croatia

(work location Kutina, with the possibility of temporary/occasional work in Ivanić-Grad)

The position covers the entire sales process, specifically:

• direct sales of risk and non-risk products to micro-enterprises and sole traders
• payment transaction tasks and sales support
• contacting and acquiring new clients
• monitoring client relationships – managing the existing client portfolio
• collecting documentation and processing applications for risk products
• writing credit proposals
• administration of relevant (contractual and other) documentation
• creating plans and implementing the collection of overdue receivables

The formal requirements that candidates must meet are as follows:

• University degree/Professional degree in Economics
• 2 years of work experience in the banking/financial sector
• experience working with clients
• active knowledge of English in speech and writing
