Main :

• Preparation and consolidation of financial and statistical reports for the National Bank of Moldova, the Group, and other institutions;
• Participation in the process of preparing IFRS Financial Statements and group reporting packages;
• Preparation of analyses and materials regarding the Bank's performance for management;
• Verification and reconciliation of financial-accounting data related to reporting processes;
• Participation in internal and external audit processes by providing the necessary information and support;
• Monitoring and implementation of reporting requirements imposed by regulatory authorities and the Group.

Candidate requirements:

• Higher education in the economic, financial, or accounting field;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in financial reporting, IFRS reporting, regulatory reporting, financial controlling, or financial analysis, preferably in the banking or financial sector;
• Solid knowledge of IFRS standards, financial reporting, and regulations applicable to financial institutions;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and experience in processing and analyzing large volumes of data;
• Proficiency in Romanian and English (minimum B1);
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and synthesis skills;
• Organizational skills, ability to manage priorities, and meet deadlines;
