About the job

Reporting to the PCU leader, you will work within the liquid formulation building as the point of contact for all quality-related matters.

You are the guarantor of compliance with current quality rules and contribute, within the existing teams, to maintaining the performance of our activities and the market release of high-stakes products.

Key :

• Management of quality events in collaboration with support teams: identify root causes and act to limit new occurrences by implementing effective corrective actions.
• Field intervention in close proximity to operational staff: gather essential information for fact-finding in the event of a quality incident, support production regarding quality culture, and prepare for audits and inspections by ensuring that practices and facilities are maintained at the right level.
• Management of quality and production documentation: review and approve documents related to the activities of the Quality Assurance and Production departments.
• Project monitoring: contribute to the success of projects by providing quality expertise throughout the deployment of implementation phases.
• Confirmation of commercial batches: ensure the continuity of market release for products with high impact for populations.

• Revamping SCADA: Coordination B44/B52/B33

• MDE Project: Representation for the B44 formulation tool
• Training Initiative: Representation in training initiatives
• BOCCARD B52 system revamping: Representation for the system renovation

• Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry

Education

• Qualified Pharmacist (Pharmacien thésé)

Technical skills

• Good knowledge of GMP/GDP and quality processes

• Proficiency in batch release

• Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends, problems, and solutions

• Knowledge of aseptic processes

Interpersonal skills

• Excellent communication

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Critical thinking and ability to propose solutions

• Rigor and reliability

Languages

The salary range for this position is :€42 400,00 - €56 533

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
