Job detail for Laser Operator

Job Description

1. Operating laser equipment for printing animal ear tags,

2. Operating software on laser devices,

3. Operating equipment for the production of semi-finished products used in ear tag manufacturing,

4. Ongoing quality control of produced ear tags (correct color and print texture) or semi-finished products,

5. Diligent completion of production-related documentation, reporting production in the Flex Reporting program,

6. Packing ear tags for the recipient according to the production list (verifying tag numbers and quantities for the specific breeder),

7. Packing appropriate documents for individual recipients, labeling envelopes and cartons with the correct stickers,

8. Preparing shipments for dispatch,

9. Registering waste (defective raw materials, semi-finished products) in the system,

10. Knowledge of the product range in the Laser department,

11. Active cooperation on Lean projects (5S, Quality Circles, Kaizen, Kanban, etc.),

12. Adherence to OHS rules, compliance with established standards, and reporting potential hazards,

13. Informing the direct supervisor about key issues,

14. Care for entrusted property and maintaining the workstation in proper cleanliness,

15. Achieving work efficiency in accordance with production plan targets.
