Job Description
Reporting to the Administrative and Financial Director, the Accounting Manager ensures the reliability of the accounts and compliance with the company's accounting, tax, and regulatory obligations.
They manage a team of two accountants. The position is part of a finance function transformation context, notably with the implementation of Workday.
Your main :
- Supervise all general and subsidiary accounting
- Manage monthly and annual closings and ensure the quality of accounts in compliance with deadlines
- Ensure the monitoring and justification of accounts, provisions, fixed assets, bank reconciliations, and cut-off operations
- Supervise intercompany reconciliations and operations
- Produce annual accounts, tax returns, and various tax declarations
- Manage the relationship with statutory auditors and lead audit work
- Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and strengthen internal control
- Organize, supervise, and develop the skills of the accounting team
- Improve, make reliable, and document accounting processes
- Actively participate in the deployment of Workday, data migration, securing interfaces, and defining new processes
- Work in close collaboration with management control, payroll, sales administration, treasury, and operational teams
- Produce the necessary analyses for the CFO and alert them to major risks or points of attention.
Qualifications

You have a higher education degree in accounting or finance, such as DCG, DSCG, master CCA, or equivalent

You have proven experience in accounting, including managing closings and successful management experience

You have a mastery of French accounting standards, current taxation, production of annual accounts, and tax returns

You have experience in relations with statutory auditors

You have at least 7 years of experience

Knowledge of how an ESN (IT services company), a consulting firm, or a service company operates is appreciated

You have experience with a transformation project or the deployment of a financial ERP

Knowledge of Workday is very highly appreciated

You have a strong affinity for Excel, financial tools, and data manipulation

You will be required to communicate in English with contacts in subsidiaries.
