About the role: Join St. James's Place Management Services as a Supplier Management and Oversight Analyst, where you'll support governance, oversight, performance monitoring, and risk management of our third-party suppliers. You'll work closely with partners to effectively apply supplier management frameworks and promote ongoing improvement. What you'll be doing: Assisting in the development and upkeep of supplier management frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures. Coordinating supplier governance activities, including meetings, reviews, and reporting. Assisting relationship managers in monitoring supplier compliance with contractual obligations and service commitments. Supporting end-to-end third-party lifecycle processes and performance management. Assisting in the assessment of third-party risks and regulatory compliance. Building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal collaborators and suppliers. About you: Demonstrated success in managing suppliers or a similar area. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ambitious drive for excellence. Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to consistently follow regulatory requirements and risk management protocols. Essential Criteria: Good experience across Supplier/Vendor Management and Supplier Oversight (in Line 1.5 capacity) Understanding of supplier lifecycle management processes. Experience producing management information and analytical reporting. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Experience maintaining supplier records and governance documentation. Strong administrative and organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams. Strong analytical and reporting skills.
