Job detail for Oracle Recruiting & Onboarding Consultant (Freelance)

For a long-term Oracle HCM expert service, we are looking for an experienced Oracle Recruiting & Onboarding Consultant .
We are not looking for a traditional full-time project consultant, but for a specialist who can support an international client with productive issues, troubleshooting and functional improvements on a flexible basis.
Project setup:

Contract: Freelance
Location: Remote
Workload: Flexible assignments based on actual demand with no guaranteed minimum volume

Tasks

Support for Oracle Recruiting and Onboarding
Analysis of issues in recruiting and onboarding processes
Configuration and optimization of existing workflows
Implementation of smaller enhancements and new features
Support for candidate and hiring processes
Root cause analysis
Support with Oracle releases and testing

Requirements

Several years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience
Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Recruiting
Practical experience with Oracle Onboarding
Productive configuration and support experience
Experience with bug fixing and enhancements
Understanding of integration with Core HR
Experience with releases and testing
Very good English skills
