Job detail for Technician Deployment Planner (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Single Point of Contact (SPOC): central point of contact for customers and internally for the technical team
• Customer communication: telephone and written support regarding technician deployments
• You plan and schedule on-site deployments, from individual appointments to projects
• You track tickets in the TANSS ticket system until completion
• You process RMA orders
• You monitor SLA deadlines and take action if there is a risk of them being exceeded
• You work closely with sales and the technical departments
• You help develop our service operations as part of the team, including the use of our own AI technology

Must Haves

• Basic understanding of IT topics and relationships
• Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of what you do
• Openness to AI-supported working methods and modern IT tools
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor towards customers
• Strong organizational talent and a good sense for prioritization
• Resilience and flexibility, even with short-notice schedule changes
• Willingness to work day shifts within our service hours from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Team spirit and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Good German language skills, both written and spoken (C1)
• Practical English language skills for everyday work
