Job Description

To support one of our innovative clients in the Data & Artificial Intelligence sector in the development of their data platform, your missions will be to:

• Participate in the development and evolution of data pipelines within a fast-growing Data environment;
• Design, develop, and maintain automated data integration flows;
• Analyze functional and technical specifications to ensure the quality of the developed processes;
• Develop high-performance data transformations in Python, SQL, and dbt;
• Design and optimize orchestration workflows using Airflow;
• Ensure the integration and reliability of data from multiple sources;
• Participate in refactoring work to reduce technical debt and improve code maintainability;
• Address issues related to security, dependency management, and version upgrades;
• Collaborate with Data teams to ensure compliance with development standards and best practices;
• Perform the necessary tests to validate developments and support production deployments;
• Participate in code reviews and validation processes via Merge Requests;
• Occasionally provide your expertise on Data architecture topics and technological choices.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science, data, or an equivalent field;
• You have at least 3 years of experience in Data Engineering;
• You are proficient in Python, SQL, and data exchange formats such as JSON;
• You have significant experience with dbt, Airflow, and pandas;
• You are comfortable with relational and NoSQL databases, particularly MySQL and MongoDB;
• You have previously worked in collaborative development environments integrating Git and code review processes;
• You demonstrate autonomy and are capable of being quickly operational in a new technical context;
• You possess strong analytical skills and are proactive in suggesting continuous improvement topics;
• You enjoy teamwork and agile environments;
• Experience with Data architecture and technical modernization issues would be a plus.
