Job detail for Program Coordinator

Reporting to the Director of Belonging & Student Success, the Program Coordinator helps to create an inclusive, accessible, and welcoming campus community. The Program Coordinator will develop programs and workshops that support student success and belonging. They will also promote disability culture, accessibility, and inclusive community building.

The Program Coordinator organizes small and large-scale programs and events, manages daily administrative operational tasks, and facilitates mentor and allyship-development workshops. Essential elements of this position are understanding and supporting disabled students' sense of belonging and identity formation in their intersecting identities. The Program Coordinator partners with coordinators and staff members to deliver intersectional programming and events to the Syracuse University campus community.
