Job Description:
Implement the company's market strategy and develop regional market development plans through effective regional management, team management, and personnel motivation to support the achievement of company business goals and enhance product influence within the region; establish and maintain good business cooperative relationships with key customers, and build a professional image for the company and its products; strengthen cross-departmental collaboration and promote the development and capability improvement of the subordinate team.

Regional Goals and Regional Management

Lead the team to complete the work goals assigned by the company

Plan and organize relevant market promotional activities based on the specific situation of the region

Lead the team to execute and follow up on market promotion plans, and collect and provide feedback on market information in a timely and accurate manner

Visit hospitals to establish and maintain good relationships with key customers; cooperate with KA managers to select and negotiate with major customers, sign agreements, and execute them

Communicate and coordinate with commercial personnel in the region to ensure the normal supply of products in the area

Allocate resources and control expenses reasonably and effectively within the region

Complete various reports and statements in a timely and accurate manner
Product Knowledge

Help improve team members' ability to apply product knowledge in their daily work

Understand relevant knowledge and trends of competing products

Team Management and Personnel Development

Build a high-performance team through effective management, motivation, development, and retention of talent

Manage and coach representatives, and improve representatives' work skills and problem-solving abilities through planned joint visits

Complete quarterly performance evaluations and performance analysis, and provide timely and targeted coaching and training to subordinates to achieve better performance

Determine training needs through performance management and personnel development plans to develop and retain talent and reduce employee turnover

Recruit suitable team members and establish a talent resource reserve system

Ensure that departing personnel complete work handovers according to company regulations

Strengthen communication and cooperation within the department and across departments

Create a good working atmosphere, promote teamwork, and ensure fairness, justice, and transparency

Complete other temporary tasks assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
Educational Background

College degree or above in medicine, pharmacy, or related majors

2+ years of experience in team management or regional management in related fields
