Job Description

The Growth team operates within the performance cell of the Credit vertical, supporting business squads. Unlike business teams, the performance team compares across products: it aggregates data and identifies opportunities and risks. This is a position with a horizontal view across the entire portfolio, with direct responsibility for the consistency of the vertical's goals.

  • Perform analyses involving cross-referencing databases between squads, products, and partners, ensuring comparable performance readings across the entire credit portfolio.
  • Constantly monitor the end-to-end credit funnel, acting as the primary alert trigger for low performance, localized issues in specific funnel stages, audience drops, or imbalances between products and partners.
  • Diagnose the root cause behind signals identified in the funnel and indicate potential solutions, proactively engaging the responsible teams (squad business, CRM, marketing, PMs) to address the issue.
  • Create projection models focused on product performance, user behavior, and growth, including cannibalization effects between products and impact on net revenue.
  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports for different areas of the company, with standardized indicators per squad that allow for fair comparison between distinct business teams.
  • Translate data into strategic stories that support business decisions and product roadmaps, without replacing the squads' decision-making autonomy regarding policy, pricing, or partnerships.
  • Work in partnership with product and BizDev teams to generate business impact, participating in rituals such as the weekly bottom-up meeting and supporting the reconciliation of goals between squads.
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of analyzed data, acting as the single source of truth for comparable metrics.
  • Present insights clearly, engagingly, and tailored to business audiences and leadership, including recommendations in cases of goal tie-breaking between squads.
  • Act with autonomy in complex analyses and propose improvements to processes and the performance cell's indicator framework.
Qualifications
  • Communication skills with different audiences and clarity in presentations, including business squad leadership and engaged teams (CRM, marketing, PMs).
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, and Databricks.
  • Knowledge of statistical models and growth projections will be a plus.
  • High capacity for interpretation and generating insights from data with critical thinking.
  • Previous experience in senior analytical positions, with a history of consultative work with business areas.
  • Desirable: experience in the financial sector, credit, or high-volume transactional digital products.
