Your tasks

• Support for ongoing projects and search mandates

• Candidate research, market analysis, and data maintenance

• Collaboration with experienced consultants

• Learning all the fundamentals for your development into an Associate Consultant

• Promotion to Associate usually occurs based on performance within the first 6 months – your progress determines the pace.

Your profile

• Fluent German & good English

• Interest in HR, recruitment consulting, or sales

• Analytical, communicative & eager to learn
