**Key **

• Supervise qualification and maintenance operations for Quality Control laboratory equipment, ensuring compliance with established schedules
• Maintain and update the validation master plan, in alignment with the site's Quality and Validation strategy
• Manage the laboratory equipment lifecycle, including obsolescence risk management and monitoring capacity needs
• Ensure that qualification and maintenance activities comply with regulatory requirements and company quality standards
• Coordinate with engineering teams and external service providers to ensure maintenance and qualification schedules are met
• Handle incidents, deviations, and quality discrepancies within your scope, and implement associated corrective actions (CAPA)
• Act as the owner of common areas, systems, and utilities for Quality Control on-site, and represent the team during regulatory inspections and audits

About you

• Experience: Solid experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements
• Technical skills: Expertise in laboratory equipment lifecycle management and qualification/maintenance in a regulated environment
• Managerial skills: Proven experience in operational team management, with the ability to unite and lead change
• Interpersonal skills: Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external partners, rigor and attention to detail, ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
• Education: Scientific background (pharmacy, chemistry, biology, or related field)
• Languages: English B1/B2

The salary range for this position is: €48,000.00 - €64,000

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
