Job Description

We are looking for a person to work as a Product Designer - Visual Design in the Experian Consumer Services (ECS) unit, integrated into the Design Ops structure and working closely with product teams. The position will focus on visual quality and interface consistency, strengthening brand expression and the effectiveness of digital experiences.

  • Work alongside Product Design teams in defining and evolving the visual language of digital experiences.
  • Create and refine high-quality visual solutions, considering hierarchy, composition, typography, color, iconography, motion, and accessibility.
  • Contribute to the evolution and consistent application of the Design System, interface patterns, and visual components.
  • Ensure alignment between product experience and brand visual identity, considering different journeys and touchpoints.
  • Participate in discovery, prototyping, and validation, collaborating with other disciplines to balance usability, aesthetics, and product goals.
  • Support the elevation of the craft level and visual consistency of teams through critiques, technical references, and sharing best practices.
Qualifications
  • Solid experience in Visual Design, UI Design, Brand Design applied to digital products, or related disciplines.
  • Mastery of visual and interface design fundamentals, including typography, color, composition, layout, iconography, motion, and accessibility.
  • Practical experience with Design Systems and the ability to create, adapt, and evolve scalable visual patterns.
  • Consistent portfolio of digital solutions that demonstrates execution quality, attention to detail, and the ability to solve design problems.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence in environments, working closely with Product Design, Product, Technology, Brand, and other partners.
